In this research, we continued to generate the polyclonal antibodies against SRBSDV based on small conservative antigen-rich peptides derived from the P10 protein of representative Vietnam SRBSDV isolates. We report a case of a 7-year-old child with urolithiasis in autotransplanted kidney treated with minipercutaneous nephrolithotomy. The patient presented with hematuria and graft hydronephrosis. Diagnostic procedures revealed ureterolithiasis as a cause of obstruction and blood in urine. Mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy was successfully performed and during surgery, all stone fragments were removed.

The WHO Classification of Soft Tissue and Bone Tumours currently recognizes four categories of undifferentiated small round cell sarcoma: Ewing sarcoma, round cell sarcoma with EWSR1-non-ETS fusions including NFATc2 and PATZ1, CIC-rearranged sarcoma, and sarcoma with BCOR genetic alterations. These neoplasms frequently pose significant diagnostic challenges due to rarity and overlapping morphologic and immunohistochemical findings.

The current research project genotyped HAV RNA by using protocols and primer sets designed by HAVNET. It collected and genotyped previous HAV-positive samples in VIDRL sample bank, and the results were used to establish epidemiological and molecular database of the HAV strains. The database was used to investigate the relationship between the current diagnostic samples and the previous HAV infection cases. It was expected to identify the source of the hepatitis A infection.

This dissertation "Fact, Fiction and Folk Horror: A Cross-Genre Experiment in Music Biopic Screenwriting" is bifurcated, to highlight the transformation of the screenplay from its conventional original form to its unconventional re-visioned form: Part One is the diagnostic phase; Part Two is remedial. Or, in keeping with the project’s horrorcentricity, it is perhaps fitting to describe Part One as a forensic autopsy of a deceased screenwriting project – albeit one possessing the ability to haunt its creator from the grave – and Part Two as an account of my attempts to resurrect it.
