Studying factors affecting the implementation of SMA and the impact on the performance of ME in Vietnam. Identify factors affecting SMA implementation of Vietnamese manufacturing enterprises; Measuring the influence of factors on SMA implementation of Vietnamese manufacturing enterprises; Measure the influence of SMA on the performance of Vietnamese manufacturing enterprises.

Assessing the Impact of the ASEAN Economic Community on attracting foreign direct investment in Vietnam when AEC officially came into operation in December 2015. - Proposing some solutions related to factors affecting FDI attraction into Vietnam under the impact of AEC, in order to attract FDI effectively in the context of implementation of AEC commitments.

The thesis is conducted to obtain one main aim and three specific objectives. The main aim is: to examine the dollarization status of the Vietnamese economy, to determine the correlation between the dollarization status and the macroeconomic indicators, thereby suggest some policies to limit the dollarization status in Vietnam.

The overall objective of the research is to assess the current status of sustainable development of commercial bank and to propose solutions for the sustainable development of the Vietnamese commercial banks.

To clarify the theoretical framework for the relationship between ownership structure and performance of the banking system; analyze the current status of ownership in relation to the level of effectiveness of the commercial banking system in Vietnam. To measure the impact of ownership ratios and the quality of corporate governance on the performance of the bank using econometric models; make recommendations on ownership structure to improve the performance of Vietnameses commercial banks.

To analyze facts of HQHR; to assess factors affecting the development of HQHR in supply and demand of Human resources in HCMC in the GEI context; to present research methodology and objectives; to suggest points of view and solutions to HQHR development in GEI context of HCMC.

Apart from the Preamble, Overview of Research Works, Conclusion, References List, and Appendix, the main content of the Thesis has been presented into 3 chapters as follows. Chapter 1: Some basic theoretical issues concerning trademark development of aquatic exports. Chapter 2: The reality of trademark development of Vietnam’s aquatic exports. Chapter 3: Some major solutions to trademark development of Vietnam’s aquatic exports.

Study objectives: To clarity the scientific basis (both theoretical and practical) to recommend measures to overcome the technical barriers of importing countries, promote the export of garment and textile in Vietnam.
