Master's thesis of Engineering: Measuring performance in small and medium enterprises in the information and communication technology industries aims to identify and investigate the critical factors influencing the performance of SMEs in the ICT industries and, in doing so, develop a new PM framework that is able to effectively measure SME performance.

The research "The role of information and communication technology services within small and medium enterprise as a growth factor affecting Indonesia's economy" objectives include: 1) to understand how ICT services contribute to economic growth; 2) to investigate the impact of the ICT services used by SMEs on the Indonesian economy; 3) to identify ICT service contribution to SME gross output; and 4) to examine the significant factors influencing ICT services, specifically cloud computing, adoption by Indonesia’s SMEs.

This article aims to understand the role of technology that can be introduced by banks to ease the lives of many members of the SHG’s in their banking activities. UTAUT Model developed by Venkatesh et.al (2003) has been considered and used to ascertain the users acceptance and adoption of technology in the region of study.
