On time detection of Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) helps avoid the harmful effects to patients, and promptly prevent mishaps or disasters to our health care. Research using group interview samples of local authorities, residents, and tourism enterprises in the CBT destinations in Thanh Hoa province to deeply understand the fact and causes of conflicts. The collected data was coded and treated by using MaxQDA Pro 2020 software. The results show that the causes of conflicts in CBT destinations are disagreements about the vision and deference of perceived benefits and costs.
