The paper shows the influence of the factors in the model on work motivation and performance results of employees in JSCBs. This paper has also indicated that there are four main core characteristics that positively affect the employee motivation JSCBs: variety of skills, job significance, autonomy, feedback; and employee motivation also positively affect their job performance.

The results of the research showed that paying attention to employees' motivational factors and their needs and paying attention to individual differences of each employee is one of the most important factors. Which can be achieved in the productivity of human resources and one of the essential conditions for achieving the goal in every way is to provoke and motivate and respond to the people who do it. Factors like meritocracy, awarding rewards to better services, preventing and disrupting individual choices are one of the most important motivations and responses.

The study was done based on primary and secondary data sources. A self-administered questionnaire was designed to collect relevant information from the selected 203 respondents. Among this 200 questionnaire were returned and analyzed. Multistage sampling method was used and employees are selected from each stratum with a systematic sampling technique.
