The aim of this study was to investigate and identify the species composition of parasitic nematodes on Da Xanh pomelos tree in the study area, thereby assessing their prevalence and impact on the health and productivity of the pomelo trees.

The objectives of the thesis: To identify species composition of PPNs on carrots in major carrot growing areas in Vietnam. To determine the parasitic nematode group causing significant damage to carrots in the studied areas. To evaluate the ability to control some important PPNs on carrots by using antagonistic fungi in the laboratory conditions.

Thesis study of the composition of the parasitic nematodes in marine fishes in the off Vietnam is urgently needed. The survey’s results are not only provide the information about the fauna of fish’s nematoda, the relation between hosts-parasites, but also assess the the potential risks for human consumption.

This paper showed result of the studying composition and abundance of meiofaunal communities from Cung Hau estuary and Ham Luong estuary, with special focus on the nematode communities. The results of this study will illustrate the overall patterns in the species composition, density and diversity of meiofaunal communities in two estuaries Ham Luong and Cung Hau of Me Kong Delta in the Southern of Vietnam.
