This study was conducted to investigate the residual of Chlorpyrifos (CPF) in coffee growing soil at Lam Ha district, Lam Dong province. Fifteen soil samples were collected from coffee intensive gardens in the Phi To, Nam Ha, Me Linh and Dong Thanh communes of Lam Ha district during the February 2023.

In this research, we had successfully prepared a series of RF-carbon nitride composites for photocatalyst application. The modification of carbon nitride with RF resins aimed to enhance physical characteristics and photocatalytic activity toward organic pollutants, such as methylene blue. XRD, FTIR, SEM, and N2 adsorptiondesorption isotherms were used to characterize the asprepared composite materials.

Porous carbon material is one of the most common and very important for various applications thank to its high surface area and adsorption capability. In this study, mesoporous carbon was prepared by thermal decomposition of copper-based metal-organic framework MOF-199 under inert atmosphere and followed by immersing in diluted HNO3 solution in order to remove metal/metal oxide and activation of the resultant porous carbon.

Waste from Jackfruit has little economic value and often causes serious environmental problems. The conversion of jackfruit waste will help reduce waste treatment costs, provide a potential source of raw materials for the activated carbon (AC) and increase economic value. The research article "Polyester production by halophilic and halotolerant bacterial strains obtained from mangrove soil samples located in Northern Vietnam" reports halophilic and halotolerant bacteria isolated from mangrove forests located in Northern Vietnam. Several of these bacteria were able to synthesize polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHAs). PHAs are polyesters stored by microorganisms under the presence of considerable amounts of a carbon source and deficiency of other essential nutrient such as nitrogen or phosphorous.

Analysis of post-stack seismic attributes has been frequently used to identify areas of high exploration potential within shale resource plays. The thesis has found a new method to increase the pore size of mesoporous carbon by filling the liquid glass into the pore of the template (silica SBA-15) before impregnating the carbon presource to limit the penetration of carbon sealed the pore system of SBA-15. Stability of mesoporous carbon is increases due to silicon are partially retained in materials. This technique opens the way of synthesis of mesoporous carbon as an adsorbent with a desired pore size and stability.
