The purpose of this thesis is to study and synthesize BiMO materials (M = V,Ti,Sn) by microwaveassisted chemical method, hydrothermal method, sol-gel method and evaluate their physical properties. The synthesized materials (Bi2Sn2O7 and Bi2Ti2O7) were investigated the photocatalytic activity in the decomposition of RhotaminB (RhB) under visible light.

The aim of this thesis is to study electrical transport characteristics of graphene nanostructures. We focus on two research objects associated with two kinds of graphene nanostructures: graphene bipolar junctions (GBJs) and graphene quantum dots (GQDs).

The thesis proposes a class for the new economic 3-3-1 model, called a simple 3-3-1 model, in order to address the mentioned problems. The simple 3-3-1 model considers the simplest lepton sector and the scalar sector. This setting leads to natural components of the inert fields such as scalar inert fields and right-handed neutrino.

In physics baryon asymmetry is also known as material asymmetry. This issue is currently an interesting problem. Today, to explain baryon asymmetry, scientists use two mechanisms, Leptongenesis and Baryogenesis. A model having Baryogenesis must be satisfied the three conditions of A.Sakharov.

The objectives of the thesis: The aim of the studies is to gain fundamental understanding of the role of hydrophobic and polar sequence on folding mechanism of proteins and aggregation of peptides

Research purpose: Preparation and characterization of GNPs-doped active medium based on dye molecules in PMMA applied to generate short pulses in the range of pico-seconds by using distributed feedback dye lases (DFDL) configuration are aimed.
