This study aims to examine how normativity and netiquette are reflected on Facebook, how groups’ subculture on Facebook empowers the conformity of users’ behaviour, and the current situation of ‘Netiquette’ and related rules and regulations in Vietnam. The research seeks to understand how social norms are tested and reformed in online social networks, ultimately impacting beliefs and actions both online and offline.

This study explores if English videos on Facebook can improve speaking skills for freshmen struggling with English. We will divide freshmen into groups: one exposed to curated English videos on Facebook and another with no intervention. Both groups will take speaking tests before and after. By analyzing these tests, we aim to see if the Facebook group improves their fluency, vocabulary, and pronunciation, promoting better English proficiency.

In our research, we propose an text analysis methods to mining AOF confession post in a year to find out the issues that students is interesting and assessing the feelings. As a result, the model automatically extract students’ interest according to 3 interest domain and built an automatic sentiments recognition model with 52% F-score accuracy. This research is the potential step to build an automated system of assessing young people’s perspectives during the social networking boom.

The aim of this research is to evaluate the impacts of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, past online shopping experience and trust on the customer online purchase intention. A total of 210 female office workers in Da Nang participated in this research. The findings revealed that past online purchase experience, trust and perceived ease of use were positively related to the customer online purchase intention, of which customer experience exerts the strongest effect.

This paper explored the effect of trust and perceived reciprocal benefit on students’ knowledge sharing via Facebook and on students’ academic performance and reputation. The research model was tested using 170 undergraduate students in Malaysia via structural equation modeling. The results show that trust and perceived reciprocal benefit are two strong predictors of knowledge sharing amongst students, which affects their academic performance and recognition.

Social networking sites (SNSs) such as Facebook have a potential to become a valuable learning environment. Facebook games with appropriate instructional design may provide players with better learning experiences and outcomes. Using an effective educational Facebook game, we aimed to explore the educational effects of Facebook games as self-directed e-learning environments. The current study investigated the extent to which agricultural researchers and extension workers were aware of Web 2.0 technologies and put them into practice in their daily work.
