Seaportss under international law

The purpose of the thesis is to clarify theoretical issues of maritime security for ships and seaports, analyze the current situation of law and practice of international and Vietnam laws on maritime security for ships and seaports and proposing a number of solutions to contribute to strengthening Vietnam's maritime security.
