This research determines the impact of foreign direct investment (FDI) on the economic growth of Vietnam (economic) over the period 1990 to 2020 after the political and economic reforms (Doi Moi) in 1986. The study uses the VAR model through unit root test, Granger causality, impulse response, and variance decompositions to achieve the goal of finding the impacts of FDI on economic growth.

The VECM model estimation results show that in the short term, all three factors, namely GDP per capita, foreign direct investment, and trade openness, have an impact on reducing CO2 emissions in Vietnam. Mean while, the results of the Johansen cointegration analysis show that GDP per capita and foreign direct investment have a negative impact on reducing CO2 emissions in the long run.

This examination explores the effect of foreign direct investment on the supply chain management and balance of payment in Iraq market. The article presents the graphical analysis of economic indicators for 25 countries: GDP growth rate (%) and GDP per person employed (thousand US dollars) for the period from 1990 to 2016 by considering the supply chain strategy (SCS) and transparency. Global competition has intensified geographic repositioning of supply chain activities with implications for the economic prosperity of specific regions and geographies affected by such shifts. This study examines the relationship between the level of corruption and economic growth using the supply chain and ARDL bounds test method. The data used are GDP, the level of corruption, foreign direct investment, government spending and inflation from 2000-2018. The results of the study indicate a negative and significant impact on the level of corruption on economic growth in the long run.
