This study attempts to develop a numerical scheme for 2-D transient analysis under unsaturated conditions. First, the unsaturated groundwater flow was described using the mass conservation law. Then, the Finite Difference Method and Backward Euler approximation were applied for space and time discretization, respectively.

Each of the exciting new technologies blossoming around us is governed, at the detailed level of interest, by the conservation laws and flux expressions, together with information on the transport coefficients. Adapting the problem formulations and solution techniques for these new areas will undoubtedly keep engineers busy for a long time, and we can only hope that we have provided a useful base from which to start.

This article will explore energy conservation as part of the national energy policy in Indonesia. Although the government has implemented a strategy for implementing energy conservation by applying energy management to the industrial sector, energy conservation still has challenges and obstacles in making it happen.

It is well-known that some famous probability density functions (PDF) of random variables are associated with symmetries of these random variables. The Boltzmann and Gaussian PDFs that are invariant under translation and spherical transformations of their variables, respectively, are obvious and well-studied examples reflecting not only symmetries of many physical phenomena but also their underlying conservation laws.

Cutting energy is one of the most important factors to design the types of grain combine and harvesters which harvests the agricultural crops. Aim is to determine the cutting energy, plays a vital role in lowering the energy consumption of grain combines and harvesters. Therefore, need for determining cutting energy is essential to redesign the harvesters. A pendulum type impact shear test apparatus was developed to calculate the energy requirement for cutting Sorghum stalks. It works on the principle of law of conservation of energy.

This practice highlight the importance of F. religiosa as this tree not only releases plenty of Oxygen but also supports a number of birds and other insects by way of providing food and shelter. Besides it, this tree has a thick canopy and provides shade and a place of rest under it to numbers of other wildlife creatures. When an Indian woman prepares a meal for her family she, first of all, cooks one or two chapattis (bread) for stray dogs and cows showing her love to biodiversity. Indian woman does offer grains to birds and flour to ants daily.

The aim of this paper is to present an efficient high order accuracy numerical scheme for conservation law on structure grids. The Monotone Upstream Centered Scheme for Conservation Laws (MUSCL) procedure renders the model to preserve the well-balanced property and achieve high accuracy and efficiency for solving nonlinear two dimensional shallow water equations (2DSWE).

This article examines the decline of Indonesia’s democratic institutions under President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) ahead of his 2019 re-election bid. It argues that the latter part of Jokowi’s first term has seen a downturn in the quality of Indonesian democracy, associated with the continued mainstreaming and legitimation of a conservative and anti-pluralistic brand of political Islam; the partisan manipulation of key institutions of state; and the increasingly open repression and disempowerment of political opposition.

Eulerian dynamical equations in a three-dimensional domain are used to construct a formal symplectic structure on time-extended space. Symmetries, invariants, and conservation laws are related to this geometric structure. The symplectic structure incorporates dynamics of helicities as identities.

(bq) part 0 is vector mathematics, which serves as a reference, and is explained repeatedly anyways throughout the book.. part 1 is electrostatics! and part 2 is magneto-statics! both of these obey nearly same equations, and have the same solutions, and affect materials similarly (in a linear fashion).
