The paper explores how university financial autonomy policy information is presented and emphasized in various online newspapers using Agenda-Setting Theory and Framing Theory in the field of communication. The study analyzed 289 journalistic works from three newspapers, namely Giao duc and Thoi dai Online Newspaper, Giao duc Vietnam Online Magazine, and Dan tri Online Newspaper, covering the period from July 2017 to December 2020.

In this study, Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to analyze data from the questionnaire survey of 363 customers who are familiar with live streaming platforms in Vietnam. By using SmartPLS for data empirical evaluation and hypotheses testing, research shows that the social presence of a live streaming platform and scarcity have a positive impact on consumer’s flow states, hence inducing consumers’ impulsive buying behaviors.

This research employs a novel third-order shear deformation theory to investigate the static buckling and static bending behaviors of organic nanoplates, marking the first instance of such an approach being used. The composite girder, which combines a steel beam with an ultra-highperformance concrete (UHPC) slab, has gained significant attention in recent years as a new type of bridge structure. However, accurately estimating the bending capacity of such girders remains a challenge, as practical methods are limited. In this article, the authors propose a theoretical approach based on the Euler-Bernoulli beam theory to determine the bending capacity of composite girders.
