The thesis has shown good results both in clinical and medical image of the combination treatment of intravenous thrombolytic agent dose of 0.6 mg/kg with endovascular intervention in the first 6 hours in patients with acute ischemic stroke due to proximal arterial occlusion of the anterior cerebral vessels.

Thesis had two main purposes: Clinical characteristics, computed tomography imaging of acute ischemic stroke due to large vessel of the anterior cerebral artery system occlusion have been had endovascular mechanical revascularization. Evaluated the effectiveness and safety of the endovascular mechanical revascularization method to treated acute ischemic strokes due to large vessel of the anterior cerebral artery system occlusion.
