Order Mononegavirales
The Mononegavirales are an order of viruses comprising
species that have anon-segmented, negative sense RNA
genome.The order includes four families:
➢Bornaviridae (Borna disease)
➢Filoviridae (e.g., Marburg virus, Ebola virus)
➢Paramyxoviridae (e.g., Newcastle disease virus,
measles virus)
➢Rhabdoviridae (e.g., Rabies virus)
Hoï Paramyxoviridae
➢Para: bên cạnh Myxo: niêm mạc
➢Virion kích thöôùc lôùn (150-300 nm), ña hình
thaùi, coù lôùp aùo ngoaøi vôùi peplomer to (daøi 8-20
nm)
➢Boä gen: moät phaân töû RNA chuoãi ñôn, aâm, 15-
16 kb, 7-8 ORF maõ hoaù 10-12 proteins bao goàm
NP (N), P, M, F, L vaø HN ( H hoaëc G) chung cho
caùc chi.
Hoï Paramyxoviridae
➢Nucleocapsid coù caáu truùc ñoái xöùng xoaén vôùi hình
“xöông caù”ñaëc tröng daøi 600-800 nm, ngang 18 nm
(Paramyxovirinae) hoaëc 13 nm (Pneumovirinae)
➢Taùi saûn ôû baøo töông, naûy choài qua maøng nguyên
sinh chất
