Subjects and methods: Cross-sectional prospective study of 67 newly diagnosed patients at the Department of Pain Management and Palliative Care, Military Central Hospital 108, from August to October, 2023. The patient’s level of distress was assessed by the Distress Thermometer - DT and the Problem List (PL) of NCCN February 2022, Vietnamese version.

This paper presents the results of water quality assessment of clam farming areas for 3 monitoring points in Tien Hai district, Thai Binh province. From the results of the assessment, this study suggests management measures, including improving water quality index used to zoning water quality, thus better managing clam areas; and technical measure which improves farming techniques to protect the aquatic environment of farmers.

This study aims to examine the characteristics and to assess the hazardous level as well as the reusability of sewage sludge and river sediment from To Lich River (TLR) basin, which is the largest wastewater catchment in Hanoi. The author's article presented the theoretical basis system related to quality 4.0. This study engaged in the measurement and calculation of hidden quality costs in a sound and scientific manner in order to find solutions to the problem and achieve the research objectives. Increase in the sales and profits and market share of the economic unit and satisfaction of the customer are achieved through the effective the management of these costs. As a management system that uses human, technical, material and financial resources, its size and value increase in line with technical progress.
