Little is known about gender differences of coronary heart disease patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in low-and middle-income nations, despite its rapid uptake across Asia. Objective: to report on gender clinical characteristics and in-hospital outcomes for patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention at a leading cardiac centre in Vietnam.

To evaluate the characteristics of in-stent restenosis (ISR) and its associated risk factors in patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) with drug-eluting stents (DES), and to assess their clinical implications.

This study "Local vascular complications after coronary angiography and/or percutaneous coronary intervention and related factors at coronary care unit of Vietnam national heart institute, Bach Mai hospital" for the following two purposes: Evaluate the proportion of local vascular complications (LVC) after coronary angiography and/or coronary intervention at the Coronary Care Unit, Vietnam Heart Institute in 2022; investigate some factors related to complications of puncture wounds in patients with coronary angiography and/or intervention at the Coronary Care Unit.

The score such as TIMI and GRACE for prognostic of events are based on age, heart rate, blood pressure, etc, but not including characteristics of coronary lesions. Additionally, leman, Gensini, were not the clinical factors. While numerous previous studies have demonstrated the value of coronary artery lesion in prognostic (Syntax score), the lack of clinical factors in scores remains limited. Therefore, a combination of both clinical factors and coronary artery is necessary (clinical Syntax score) .In Vietnam, there is no research on prognostic of Syntax and clinical Syntax score in patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention. Therefore, this study was conducted to contribute to the explanation of these above mentioned problems .

This topic is researched for two goals: Examine clinical and laboratory characteristics, coronary artery injury, coronary artery intervention in patients with acute ST-elevation myocardial infarction who receive PPCI association with TA. Assess the results, safety and the relationship between clinical, laboratory characteristics and major cardiovascular events within 12 months in patients with acute ST-elevation myocardial infarction who receive PPCI association with TA.
