As our world continues to evolve and education reforms are in progress, teacher change has become a focal point of attention. Teachers need to adapt themselves to meet new demands. This study examines teachers' changes due to their engagement in professional development. The study involved thirty-two English as a foreign language teachers from two universities in the Mekong Delta, Vietnam.

Through a year-long case study, this study examines the sustainability and reproducibility of the “Inclusive Online Sports Club Activity (IOSCA)”. It involves online coaching via ICT devices between university students specializing in physical education and special needs education and a javelin throw athlete with Mild ID and ASD who lived in a rural area.

The study examined the influence of teacher professional development (PD) on EFL teacher motivation, self-efficacy, and work satisfaction. The study goal was to investigate whether PD programs impact teachers’ effectiveness.

The overall aim of this thesis is to add to the literature regarding CPD for professional accountants, especially CPD for the IICPA members by investigating members’ understanding of, and, engagement in CPD, and by investigating the influence of the CPD drivers and CPD outcomes on the members’ engagement to CPD using the theoretical framework constructed in this thesis. It is also the aim of this thesis to provide findings to assist the IICPA and the MoF to develop CPD policy and improve activities.

Surveying the lower secondary teachers, who are directly involved in the program, the research firstly aimed at investigating the reality of English teacher’s professional development activities in Thai Nguyen City. Secondly, their improvement in professional development through using lesson study and find out the effectiveness of this method. Thirdly, the researcher explores teachers’ attitude towards using lesson study in professional development. Based on the findings, recommendations are made to promote teacher’s proficiency and improve the implementation of this method.
