This report focuses on examining how powerful feedforward is when utilized within ESL/EFL teaching environments. In contrast to feedback, which centers much around past achievements, feedforward pays attention to what could be done differently and provides the direction toward realization (Dweck, 2006).

The research aims at investigating social-psychological orientations of HIUJLLs (Japanese Language Department learners of Hong Bang International University). A survey and a semi-structured interview are governed by 68 students ranging from 2nd to 4th academic year with various Japanese levels from elementary to advanced.

The paper would like to introduce LBT as a way of innovation in education, increasing students’ learning motivation and contributing to improving educational quality.

Objectives of the study: First of all, the study aims to explore what motivate students with visual impairment to learn L2 before and after they enter the University. Secondly, it is to investigate what factors impact on their L2 learning motivation.

This study was conducted with an aim of exploring the relationship between motivation and instructed LLSs use by Vietnamese employees at Honda co, Vietnam, especially the role of motivation types in explaining and predicting the L2 learners‟ LLS use. To fulfil this aim, firstly, this study focused on identifying the extent of the use of trained LLSs of Vietnamese employees at Honda Vietnam in learning English.
