1) Start Menu Altair Hyperworks Manufacturing solution
Hyperform Incremental_Radioss
2) Import Geometry IGES part1a.igs
3) Geometry auto cleanup (to create good mesh quality)
Fill in unnecessary holes

a. Geometry menu Create Surfaces
Spline/Filler Type = nodes.
b. Select 4 corner nodes to create Surface blank
c. Create Mesh for blank geometry(Mesh B Mesh:
Size = 10mm))
7) Translate (Shift+F4) Blank components
-20mm along Z axis
4) Create Mesh:
8) Tool Setup: (important!!!)
5) Create(or rename) "Die" and "Blank"

6) Create geometry & Mesh for Blank
a. Geometry Translate Components.
b. Select direction = Z, Magnitude = 20mm, - Translate
a. Build & setup from Die face

c. Select Binder Face

10) Run analysis: (right click on browser) Run
9) Load Process to make settings
a. Select SAD file(Single Draw Action)
b. Right Click on Browser Auto position
c. Calculate Distance.
d. Symmetry X+
e. Create INPUT
f. Check Model see the message to fix error.
