Mục đích của nghiên cứu này là đánh giá sự ảnh hưởng của stress hormone dopamine lên độc lực của vi khuẩn S. agalactiae trên cá rô phi, với hai thí nghiệm chính: (1) thí nghiệm bổ sung dopamine vào môi trường nuôi cấy nhằm đánh giá hoạt động thủy phân của các enzyme và sự hình thành màng sinh học biofilm trong điều kiện in vitro và (2) thí nghiệm cảm nhiễm cá rô phi với S. agalactiae được nuôi trong cấy trong điều kiện có hoặc không bổ sung dopamine.
