c¸p gåm mét hay nhiÒu líp nh«m cøng(Lo¹i EC) ®- îc bÖn xung quoanh lâi thÐp chÞu lùc, lâi thÐp cã thÓ lµ mét hay nhiÒu sîi
bÖn m¹ kÏm, bäc nh«m.
C¸p nh«m lâi thÐp b«i mì ACSR/Grs ®- îc sö dông réng r·i trong c¸c ®iÒu kiÖn ®Æc biÖt chÞu muèi mÆn vµ chèng ¨n
mßn kim lo¹i.
ACSR, ACSR/Grs ®- îc dïng cho c¸c ®- êng d©y truyÒn t¶i trªn kh«ng, cã tÝnh kinh tÕ vµ ®é tin cËy cao.
C¸p nh«m hîp kim lâi thÐp (AACSR) ®- îc chÕ t¹o ®Ó tho¶ m·n ®Æc tÝnh chÞu lùc cao.
Aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) is formed by aluminium wire (electric part) and steel wire
(reinforcement). lts structure consists of one or more hard drawn aluminium layers (EC grade) concentric stranded over
high tensile strength steel core. Steel core can be galvanized, coated aluminium single steel wire or stranded multi-wire.
Greased ACSR (ACSR/Grs) has been widely used in harsh environment such as salty air for anti-metallic
corruption.
ACSR, ACSR/Grs have been widely used in the field of overhead transmission lines because of its economic and
reliability.
When a higher strength is needed, Aluminum Alloy Conductor Steel Reinforced is sufficient (AACSR)
