I. Mục tiêu: Kiểm tra kiến thức bài 7,8,9 , để xác định mức độ hoàn thành nhiệm vụ học tập
của học sinh theo yêu cầu cần đạt, cung cấp thông tin kịp thời để học sinh điều chỉnh hoạt
động rèn luyện và học tập, giáo viên điều chỉnh hoạt động dạy học.
- Phương thức: đánh giá bằng điểm số thông qua bài kiểm cá nhân cả học sinh. Bài kiểm tra
tập trung vào kiểm tra các nội dung sau:
* Kiểm tra kiến thức ngôn ngữ gồm : + ngữ âm (/eə/ & /ɪə/),trọng âm trong từ có hai âm tiết.
+ Từ vựng và kĩ năng nghe, đọc, viết liên quan đến các chủ đề “Traffic!”, “Films” và
“Festivals around the world”.
+ Kiến thức ngữ pháp : “It indicating distance”, “Should / shouldn’t”, “Although / Though /
However” và “Yes / No questions”
+ Kiểm tra kỹ năng đọc hiểu:đọc hiểu đoạn văn điền từ vào chỗ trống, đọc hiểu đoạn văn
khoanh tròn đáp án đúng
+ Kiểm tra viết :Viết lại câu theo hướng dẫn ,viết câu dùng từ gợi ý, xác định lỗi sai bằng cách
khoanh tròn đáp án A,B,C hay D
- Kiểm tra kỹ năng nghe: Listen and tick “True” Or “False” , Listen and circle the best
answer
-Về hành vi, thái độ: Chăm chỉ làm tốt bài kiểm tra trong thời gian quy định.
- Công cụ đánh giá: câu hỏi, thang đo và hướng dẫn chấm (cụ thể ở đề minh họa)
- Quá trình thực hiện:
+ Bài kiểm tra giữa kì 2 thuộc loại Achievement test được tiến hành sau khi hoàn thành 3 đơn
vị bài học (Unit 7, 8 và 9) vào khoảng giữa học kì II;
+ Học sinh toàn khối làm bài kiểm tập trung để đảm bảo tính khách quan và tin cậy của bài
kiểm tra.
- Phản hồi người học: Sau khi có kết quả làm bài của học sinh, trong tiết sửa bài kiểm tra,
giáo viên gửi phản hồi cho học sinh về điểm số đạt được, nhận xét kèm theo mặt làm được,
điểm hạn chế của học sinh. Giáo viên tổng hợp lại những lỗi học sinh hay mắc phải khi làm để
sửa trên lớp cho cả lớp rút kinh nghiệm, phân loại cho học sinh thấy những câu hỏi nào ở mức
độ dễ, nếu học sinh làm sai cần nghiêm túc nhìn nhận lại quá trình học tập, những câu nào
nâng cao đề học sinh khá giỏi tập trung vào. Sau khi có kết quả tổng hợp của toàn khối, giáo
viên đánh giá kết quả đại trà của cả khối.
