ABSTRACT
The research of "Improving the quality of Internet Banking services at Joint
Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam – Saigon South Branch" was
researched to evaluate the quality of Internet banking services at the Joint Stock
Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam - Saigon South Branch. To achieve
the purpose, the research has clarified the rationale for the quality of Internet
banking services of commercial banks.
Based on the model of SERVQUAL service quality assessment, summarized
in the study conducted by Parasuraman et al., in 1988, the subject has built up an
appropriate basis for assessing the quality of Internet banking services at Joint Stock
Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam – Saigon South Branch.
The research was carried out using secondary data collected from the bank
and primary data from the distribution of survey questionnaires to 50 clients who
transacted at Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam – Saigon
South Branch. Collected data were processed through qualitative analysis.
Through the survey of customers' opinions, the research has identified the
factors that affect the satisfaction of customers about the quality of Internet banking
services, thereby finding the limitations and causes of restriction. and proposed
recommendations to improve the quality of Internet banking services at the Joint
Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam - Saigon South Branch.
