Nghiên cứu này nhằm đánh giá một số công thức môi trường gạo-nhộng có bổ sung vi lượng đến các chỉ tiêu năng suất và hình thái quả thể và hàm lượng hoạt chất cordycepin và adenosine của nấm C. militaris, từ đó định hướng tối ưu điều kiện nuôi trồng loại nấm này.

Nghiên cứu này cung cấp một biện pháp tách chiết hoàn toàn adenosine và cordycepin từ đông trùng hạ thảo khô và định lượng bằng HPLC. Điều kiện sắc ký sử dụng cột Eclipse XDBC18 4,6x250mm, 5µm, với pha động gồm ammonium acetate: MeOH (v/v=85:15) trong 10 phút, detector DAD ở bước sóng 260 nm, tốc độ dòng 0,5 mL/phút.

Trong nghiên cứu "Ảnh hưởng của 2-hydroxyestradiol và 4-hydroxyestradiol đến tổng hợp cyclic adenosine monophosphate trong tế bào Leydig chuột dưới tác động của equine Chorionic Gonadotropin (eCG)" cho thấy sự ảnh hưởng của hai chất ức chế adenylyl cyclase 2-hydroxyestradiol và 4-hydroxyestradiol đến biểu hiện của cAMP trong tế bào Leydig chuột mLTC-1 được kích hoạt bởi equine Chorionic Gonadotropin (eCG) được kiểm tra. Kết quả cho thấy, chất ức chế trực tiếp hoạt động của enzyme adenylyl cyclase, 2-hydroxyestradiol; 4-hydroxyestradiol, đã làm giảm tín hiệu cAMP nội bào và năng lượng ATP trong tế bào mLTC-1 nhưng không làm ảnh hưởng đến tỷ lệ sống của tế bào.

This article is devoted to the study of redundancy and yield of salvage pathways in human erythrocytes. These cells are not able to synthesize ATPde novo. However, the salvage (recycling) of certain nucleosides or bases to give nucleotide triphosphates is operative. As the salvage pathways use enzymes consuming ATP as well as enzymes producing ATP, it is not easy to see whether a net synthesis of ATP is possible. As for pathways using adenosine, a straightforward assumption is that these pathways start with adenosine kinase....

Cyclic ADP-ribose (cADPR) is a Ca 2+ mobilizing second messenger found in various cell types, tissues and organisms.
