Ca lâm sàng
•Nguyễn thị Th., 63 tuổi, Quãng Trị
•Bệnh mạch vành đã đặt stent DES/ LAD
( 2010) và cấy máy CRT ( 2016).
•NYHA III.
•Sinh hóa: bình thường.
•ECG: nhịp máy dẫn tốt
Sau 2 năm điều trị nội khoa tích cực, triệu chứng và chỉ số EF cải
thiện nhưng chậm ( EF: 20-35%)
