A. OBJECTIVES: By the end of the lesson, students will be able to:
- Know the importance of the Internet and the advantages of e-commerce.
- Master some key words of the buying and selling online procedure.
- Improve reading and communication skills.
B. TEACHING MATERIALS: Textbook, laptop, projector, board, chalk…
C. METHODS: Integrated, mainly communicative approach.
D. PROCEDUCE:
- Stabilization: Greeting & checking students’ attendance.
- New lesson:
STARTING UP:
1. Play the game: “THE BIG WHEEL”
Clue: It is designed for a social effect – to help people work together
(8 letters)
- Ask questions: What do people use the Internet for? How about you?
2. Present a video clip and ask : What does this woman use the Internet for?
(Possible answers: do the shopping, buy something, .....)
- Lead to the new lesson.
