complied with and document have been courried by DHL to us we
shall reimburse you according to your instruction in the cerrency of
the credit
- Upon receipt of said documents, we shall reimburse you according to
your instruction in the currency of the credit.

Chúng tôi hoàn toàn chịu trách nhiệm về nội dung hạn ngạch và giấy
phép nhập khẩu của tín dụng thu nói trên.
Ngân hàng được tự động trích TK No………………của chúng tôi mở
tại quý ngân hàng để ký quỹ mở L/C và thanh toán khi nước ngoài đòi
tiền: Gồm cả tiền hàng và các chi phí liên quan theo L/C này.
Nhận được chứng từ (hoặc xin thương lượng chứng từDOC) có điểm
bất hợp lệ đề nghị quý ngân hàng thông báo ngay cho chúng tôi. Nếu
quá thời hạn năm ngày kể từ ngày nhận được chứng từ hoặc điện báo
mà chưa có ý kiến của chúng tôi, quý ngân hàng được phép thông báo
từ chối thanh toán cho người nước ngoài. Chúng tôi chịu mọi chi phí
liên hệ.
