Wh-question words (Từ để hỏi) + Công thức Question word + auxiliary + S + V (inf)…? Với động từ thường E.g: What do you eat? (Bạn ăn gì?) Question word + be + subject...? Với động từ be E.g: Where is Peter? (Peter đầu rồi?) + Cách dùng Từ hỏi Mục đích Who Dùng để hỏi về người. Whose Dùng để hỏi về chủ sở hữu. Where Dùng để hỏi vị trí và địa điểm. How many : để hỏi số lượng, dùng cho danh từ đếm được E.g: How many brothers and sisters do you have? (Bạn có bao nhiêu anh chị em?) How often : để hỏi về sự thường xuyên E.g: How often do you visit your grandparents? (Bao lâu bạn mới đi thăm ông bà?) How far : để hỏi về khoảng cách E.g: How far is the school from your house? (Trường học cách nhà bạn bao xa?) 2. Conjunctions (Liên từ) Liên từ Cách dùng and Dùng để thêm thông tin vào câu nói. E.g: My brother and I play football. but Dùng để nêu lên hai thông tin đối ngược nhau. E.g: She wants good marks, but she doesn't study hard. so Dùng để chỉ kết quả, hệ quả, phía trước so luôn có dấu phẩy. E.g: It's raining, so I'll stay at home. Unit 8: SPORTS AND GAMES 1. Past simple tense a. Tobe : (+) S + Was / Were ( not ) (-) S + Was /Was /Were + not (?) Was / Were + S ........? b. Verbs: go, read, ....
(+) S + V2 / Ved........... (-) S + did + not + V................. (?) ( W-H ) + did + S + V..............? c. Signals: last, ago, yesterday, this morning, in + period time in the past ( in 1999 ) *Learn by heart the IRREGULAR VERBS LIST. 2. Imperatives: (Don't ) + V............... Ex: Do it, please. Unit 9: CITIES OF THE WORLD Possessive adjective and Possessive pronoun (Tính từ sở hữu và đại từ sở hữu) + Tính từ sở hữu đứng trước một danh từ trong khi đại từ sở hữu có thể làm chủ ngữ (đứng đầu câu) hoặc làm tân ngữ (đứng cuối câu). Ví dụ: This is your bicycle. (Đây là xe đạp của bạn) This is yours. (Đây là của bạn) Mine is blue (Cái của tôi màu xanh dương) The blue bicycle is mine. (Xe đạp màu xanh dương là của tôi) + Đại từ sở hữu được dùng để thay cho tính từ sở hữu + danh từ theo sau Note: I/ My/ Mine You/your/ yours he/ his/ his she/her/hers It/ its/ its we/our/ ours they/their/theirs Unit 10: OUR HOUSES IN THE FUTURE 1.. Future simple (Thì tương lai đơn) - Thì tương lai đơn diễn tả những sự việc, hành động xảy ra trong tương lai. Công thức Positive form S + will + V(inf)..... (Thể khẳng định) Example: I will buy a bicycle soon. Negative form S + will + not + V(inf)... (Thể phủ định) Example: I won’t give up my dream Will + S + V(inf)? Question form Trả lời: Yes, S + will./ No, S + won’t. (Thể nghi vấn) Example: Will they build houses in outer space? Yes, they will. Dấu hiệu nhận biết Trong câu thường có các từ sau: soon/ tomorrow/ in the future/ next week/ month/ year…/ this afternoon/ week/ month…/ probably/ maybe, perhaps/ someday. Ex: The bus will come soon./ There won’t be anything new tomorrow./Will we still live in a house in the future? 2. Modal verb “Might” Chúng ta sử dụng might (có thể) để nói về một điều gì đó có khả năng xảy ra trong tương lai. Dạng phủ định của might not (mightn’t) nghĩa là không có khả năng xảy ra. S + might/ mightn’t + V(nguyên thể).... Example: It might rain later. He mightn’t go fishing tomorrow. Unit 11: OUR GREENER WORLD 1. The first conditional sentence: If clause, Main clause If + S +V(s/es), S + will/ can + V-inf.. Ex: If we plant more trees, we will help the environment 2. Articles: a / an / the + Cách dùng A/an - Dùng trước danh từ đếm được ở số ít.- Dùng a khi danh từ bắt đầu bằng phụ âm. - Dùng an khi danh từ bắt đầu bằng nguyên âm. (nguyên âm a, o, i, e, u) - Dùng a hay an sau động từ to be và to have. Ex: An ant is a tiny animal./ I’m a teacher. / I have a small house. + Cách dùng The
“The” được dùng trước danh từ số ít /danh từ số nhiều khi danh từ đó đã được xác định. Ex: The dog that bit me ran away./I saw the elephant at the zoo.
