The research objectives are defined below: Canvass all possible issues related to additional costs for sustainability requirements in office projects through literature review and existing studies; Identify available green features and technologies within green office projects in Australia; Determine pillars and sub-pillars for sustainability assessment, taking a TBL sustainability approach; Assess and determine sustainability contributions generated by green features and technologies in a new office project; Establish a multi-pillar decision-making framework for supporting the selection of green features and technologies for a new office project in Australia.
