resources management practices that affect the company’s situation.
C.P. Vietnam Livestock Joint Stock Company is facing a significant human resources
and workforce management challenge. Specifically, the company needs help
attracting, recruiting, and retaining high-quality employees and effectively developing
and managing its existing workforce.
The increase in employee turnover in the last three years is a concerning signal,
indicating instability in the workforce and potentially negatively impacting the

company's business operations. C.P. Vietnam Livestock Company may need more
human resources if this trend continues in the coming years. This not only disrupts
production and business processes but also affects productivity and competitiveness in
the market. Therefore, the company must promptly investigate and identify the root
causes while considering comprehensive solutions to improve the situation, ensure a
friendly working environment, and provide attractive welfare policies.
Additionally, the evaluation of performance and employee development needs to be
strengthened to enhance the quality and effectiveness of the workforce. This includes
fair and regular performance assessments, building individual development plans, and
ensuring the practical application of training programs.
This immediate issue requires high focus and priority in improving the company's
human resources management, from recruitment, training, performance evaluation,
compensation policies, and working environment. Only when these issues are resolved
can C.P. Vietnam Livestock Joint Stock Company ensure stability and sustainable
development in its business operations?
1.1 Specific Identification of Issues/
High Turnover Rate:
From 2019 to 2021, C.P. Vietnam Livestock Joint Stock Company has witnessed a
significant increase in employee turnover. Specifically, the number of resignations has
risen from 1,786 in 2019 to 2,849 in 2021. This trend negatively impacts the
company's operations and reduces employee loyalty. The increase in resignations can
lead to severe consequences such as increased recruitment costs and disruption of
company activities, indirectly affecting the morale and productivity of other
employees.
This indicates that the company needs help to retain skilled and experienced
employees in an increasingly competitive job market. The high turnover rate suggests
that employees seek better opportunities and benefits elsewhere, which puts pressure
on the company to maintain a stable and quality workforce. Therefore, the company
needs to make appropriate adjustments and implement new policies to reduce the
turnover rate of employees.
