Derived from this practice, assessing specific and accurate the ongoing credit
activities to provide best solutions to improve the situation at the Agribank Binh
Trieu Branch, I selected the research project "Finalization of lending activities at
Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, Binh Trieu Branch.
In this topic, I selected the subject of credit activities at Vietnam Bank for
Agriculture and Rural Development, Binh Trieu Branch, period from 2015 to 2017.
In order to improve the effectiveness of current lending-money activities. The
Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, Binh Trieu Branch helps to
maximize profitability of lending. Topics were conducted using methodology such
as analysis – ynthesis, comparison – collation, direct interview, data collection
from the business planning department.
Apart from the introduction and conclusion, the thesis is structured into three
chapters:
Chapter I: The theoretical basis for lending activities of Commercial Banks
Chapter I provides an overview of some issues related to commercial banks, as
well as basic issues related to credit activities in banks such as learning about
lending activites, lending methods, forms loans... and some arguments about the
assessment of lending activity. From that makes clear about he role and function of
the bank's operations in the economy. More pecifically, lending to provide some
indicators of lending performance at the unit will be clarified. Lending is a credit
activity of the bank, which contributes to bridge the gap between capital and the
lack of capital in the economy, so it is not only meaningful for the Bank but also for
the objects involved in this activity.
Chapter I provides some basic knowledge on loan-related issues that will help
readers understand faster and easier through this topic. This chapter explains in a
straightforward manner that guides readers into the next sections of the essay. At
the same time, these arguments also serve as a basis for assessing and analyzing
