Research on customer satisfaction of Mobifone's mobile network services in Da Nang shows that five factors (service quality, price, service features, convenience and loyalty) account for 68.4% of overall satisfaction. With insights from this research, various improvements can be made to enhance the user experience and increase customer loyalty.

This research aims to analyze factors affecting customer satisfaction with Mobifone's mobile services in Da Nang. Through our study, we found that five elements (service quality, price, service features, convenience and loyalty) account for 68.4% of overall satisfaction. These insights provide valuable suggestions for improving user experience and increasing customer retention.
