My country, England, is part of the Europe. I live in the south of England and my house is only five minutes
from the sea. We go there at the weekend and seat on the beach in the summer. On a clear day you can see
France across the water. There aren’t any mountains in my area- It’s very flat. But my house is near a long
river – my dad often goes fishing there quite often! There’s a lake near here too. We sometimes swim there
and you can walk all round it- it takes about an hour. We live about an hour and a half from London, the
capital city. It’s really big city- the population is more than 8.5 million.
