Managing international faculty at higher education institutions: A case study in Vietnam

The study surveyed 210 participants from 56 public HEIs in Vietnam to explore their perspectives on human resource management practices with international faculty. The findings revealed that public HEIs in Vietnam managed international faculty following characteristics reminiscent of the Michigan human resource management model.
