Summary of dissertations: Ensuring litigation rights of litigants in civil procedure

Through research of research projects in Vietnam and abroad related to the topic, the thesis shows that there are no works that comprehensively study theoretical and practical issues to ensure the right of proceeding of the litigants in civil proceedings in Vietnam. There is still only studies from the perspective of separate legal rights (but this number is also very small). However, the research results from these specific procedural rights projects will be the basis for the PhD student to analyze and interpret the advantages of activities to ensure the litigant's rights to proceed according to a comparative perspective and procedural law science. The advantages and research results of the related works will be inherited and developed by the dissertation.
