the economy to strongly transfer from a resource-based model, cheap
human resources to the economic development based on the

park enterprises are facing the challenge of developing human resources
with the technical qualification and improvement to meet production
and business requirements.
As a mountainous province in the north of Vietnam, Bac Giang is
known for its potential in land, mineral resources. Over the past years,
implementing the Party and State's policy on promoting the geo-
economic advantages and potentials of the province, Bac Giang has
implemented a plan to build and develop industrial parks strongly,
considering this as breakthrough in speeding up the economic
restructuring of the province towards industry. By the end of 2018, Bac
