A study on the leadership styles at the University of Khanh Hoa

This article explores the leadership style of leaders and managers at the University of Khanh Hoa. Using quantitative research methods with an online survey questionnaire, this article examines the perspectives of leaders and managers on six popular leadership styles today: autocratic style, delegative (laissez-faire) style, democratic style, transformational style, transactional style and supportive style.
