The thesis aims at interpreting theoretical and practical basis of human resources development in Vietnamese enterprises exporting labour to Japanese market; accordingly, the thesis proposes a number of views and solutions to developing human resource in Vietnamese enterprises exporting labour to Japanese market up to 2025 and a vision to 2030.
