SUMMARY
This research focuses on studying the human resource training activities at
Lollibooks Co., Ltd., a young enterprise operating in the educational e-commerce sector,
specializing in the production and distribution of children's books. In the context of
increasingly fierce competition and rapid technological advancements, particularly the
development of artificial intelligence, employee training has become a critical factor
determining the efficiency and sustainable development of the business.
The study aims to clarify the current state of human resource training at
Lollibooks during the period of 2023–2025, thereby identifying existing limitations and
proposing solutions to enhance training quality in support of the company’s development
goals by 2028. The research methodology includes collecting secondary data from
internal documents, combined with a questionnaire survey of 36 employees within the
company, alongside qualitative analysis and descriptive statistical techniques.
The research findings reveal that Lollibooks has made significant efforts in
training, such as clearly identifying training needs, maintaining stable budget allocations,
and diversifying training methods and content. However, certain limitations persist,
including the lack of a systematic post-training evaluation, insufficient personalization
of training content, and inconsistent application of technology. Based on these findings,
the research project proposes specific solutions, such as upgrading infrastructure,
enhancing online training, implementing the Kirkpatrick evaluation model, and
personalizing learning pathways for different employee groups.
The research results hold practical significance, not only in helping the company
improve the efficiency of human resource utilization but also in providing a foundation
for developing a suitable training strategy in the context of digital transformation and the
company’s future expansion into international markets.
