Abstract Ph.D thesis of international Economics: Rural economic development in Poland in the early decades of the twenty –first century and lessons learned for Vietnam

The dissertation aims to clarify the theoretical issues about rural economic development, analyzing and assessing the current situation of rural economic development in Poland in the early decades of the twenty-first century, evaluating the similarities and differences specials and conditions applicable to Vietnam. On that basis, some experiencing lessons and policy suggestions for Vietnam are drawn in the coming time.
