Research on the benefits of enhancing publicprivate partnerships in increasing capacity for the senior high school principals

Based on the analysis of some public-private partnerships in education in some countries around the world and some difficulties in organizing to increase capacity for high school principals in Vietnam, the paper proposes a model of public-private partnership in fostering the capacity of school principals.
