Workplace English communication needs and ESP curriculum: An analysis of misalignment

The findings reveal workplace communication of English as required by the employees majoring in business administration (BuAdmin) and yield some mismatches between the current ESP curriculum and the current needs. This comparison reveals a valid proposal for a new ESP curriculum of the setting under research. The study would bring more insights into the field of teaching English for professional purposes.
