This paper applies the homotopy analysis method to study nonlinear free vibrations. The paper has used the homotopy analysis method to find analytical solutions of a nonlinear two-degree-of-freedom system. Analytical results have found the natural oscillation frequencies, the displacement formula of the system are approximately calculated at the 10th order.

The authors applied the desk-study method to collect and review literature research, select a group of six criteria, and then applied the criteria to assess the system's sustainability based on Likert's 3-point scale. This work is devoted to conducting a new study for global dynamics and numerical simulation of a discrete-time computer virus propagation model, which was constructed in our recent work. By utilizing well-known results on asymptotic stability of discrete-time dynamical systems, we establish the global asymptotic stability of a unique viral equilibrium point, whereas only its local asymptotic stability was previously analyzed.
