This work introduces a simple process to synthesize directly bi-phase a-/g-Fe2O3 submicron flowers on a Fe foil in NH4OH. The flowers were assembled by using many nanoplates with an estimated thickness of 20e80 nm. The shapes and dimensions of the flowers can be controlled by the treatment time.

This study aims to explore the potential of layered double hydroxides (LDHs) materials for the treatment of contaminated waters by organic pollutants, using a combined dual process, namely adsorptionphotocatalysis. A series of LDHs of ZnCr-X where (X ¼ Cl, SO4 and CO3) were synthesized and characterized by several techniques such as DRX, FTIR, BET, TEM, and UV-Visible spectrophotometry.

In the present study, we have follwed the hydrothermal path for the synthesis of gold nanoparticles (Au NPs) from the biomaterial Elaeocarpus ganitrus seeds extract, which is a rapid, eco-friendly, non-chemical way. The prepared NPs were thoroughly analysed by powder x-ray diffraction and high resolution transmission electron microscopy studies and were also tested for anticancer studies.

The thermophysical properties of graphene nanofluids in thermosyphon have been studied at different power inputs, temperatures and angles of inclination. The thermal conductivity of the graphene nanofluid is found to be 29% higher than that of the deionized water at 45 0C.

TiO2-Graphene Oxide-Hemin (TiO2/GO/Hemin) ternary composite hybrid material was prepared by the sol-gel method and used as a heterogeneous catalyst for the photocatalytic degradation of organic contaminants. The catalytic activity of GO-TiO2-Hemin was evaluated by the degradation of Rhodamine B (RhB) under the UV-visible light irradiation and in the presence of hydrogen peroxide.

The osteogenic capability of the scaffold is influenced by the interconnections between the scaffold pores which facilitate cell distribution, integration with the host tissue and capillary ingrowth. Hence, the preparation of bone scaffolds with applicable pore size and interconnectivity is a significant issue in bone tissue engineering

In this work, we developed highly porous activated carbon (AC) materials with micro/meso porosity through carbonizing rice husk and treating them with K2CO3. Elemental sulfur was then loaded to the micropores through a solution infiltration method to form rice husk-derived activated carbon (RHAC)aS composite materials.

In this work, we propose a novel enhancement-mode GaN metal-oxide-semiconductor high electron mobility transistor (MOS-HEMT) with a 10 nm T-gate length and a high-k TiO2 gate dielectric. The DC and RF characteristics of the proposed GaN MOS-HEMT structure are analyzed by using a TCAD Software.

The experimental results show that the highest photocatalytic activity was obtained from the Ag (5) doped Zn-0.75Al-0.25La-CO3 photocatalysts calcined at 500 0C with a degradation efficiency of 99,4 after 40 min of irradiation only. This study could provide a new route for the fabrication of high performance photocatalysts and facilitate their application in the environmental remediation issues.

Inverse ARP is on by default Automatically maps the IP address of the devices at the other end of the PVCs to the local DLCI number. Split horizon is disabled by default on Frame Relay physical interfaces. Routes from Router R2 can be sent to Router R3, and vise-versa. Note: Inverse ARP does not provide dynamic mapping for the communication between routers R2 to R3 because they are not connected with a PVC; this must be configured (mapped) manually
