In addition, strategies to improve the performance of MFC using biomass and future scenarios were highlighted. This review aims to evaluate the performance and applicability of flows in honeycomb MFC. It also assesses the respective performances, advantages and disadvantages, and potential future applications of MFCs with recirculation flow.

In this study, a layered O3-type Ni-rich cathode material for sodium-ion batteries was synthesized through co-precipitation followed by a solid-state reaction at 650 oC in dry air. The electrochemical properties of the Ni-rich material were evaluated. Charge/discharge performance demonstrated that the material delivered higher capacity compared to other layered oxides.

This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of the green microwave technique in producing 1T/2H-MoS2 nanomaterials using polyol solvents. The paper presents a thorough analysis of the structural and property characteristics of the synthesized materials and elucidates the underlying chemical mechanism that governs the formation of hybrid-phase nanostructures. Additionally, the role of polyol solvents in the practical synthesis of nano MoS2 under microwave heating is evaluated and explained.

In this thesis, I have developed a low-cost, simple and one-step approach to synthesize MnO2/graphene composite with enhanced electrochemical performance. MnO2/graphene composite was prepared via a plasma-assisted electrochemical exfoliation method with an electrolyte solution made of KMnO4 precursor.

In this paper, Ni - SiC composite coatings were deposited by conventional electroplating from sulfate-chloride bath, and brush electroplating methods from modified chloride bath with different dispersed SiC contents. The plating conditions were investigated and the process’ parameters were defined through electrochemical technique.

For the first time, the detection of DNA sequences, related to HIV (found in AIDS patients), using Methylene Blue (MB) as the redox indicator was performed. The voltametric signals have been investigated on bared chitosan (CS) modified; probe immobilized (DNA single strand) and target-hybridized (DNA double strand) electrodes sequentially by means of Cyclic Voltammetry (CV) and Square Wave Voltammetry (SWV). The response of hybridization between the probe and perfectly complementary, double-base mismatch, single-base mismatch of analyzed targets were clearly identified.

Inhibition ability of mild steel corrosion of 4 amides (RCONH2 (marked as A4), RCONH– CH2–CH2OH (marked as A5), RCON(CH2–CH2OH)2 (marked as 6b) and RCONH–(CH2)2–NH– COR (marked as 7c) prepared as derivatives from aliphatic acid oxidatively synthesized from nparaffin of Vietnam crude oil, has been examined by electrochemical methods. The corrosion test has been performed in chloride 3% solution at room temperature. The inhibition efficiency has been evaluated through corrosion potential Ecor, corrosion current icor and some other corrosion parameters.
