This article aims to analyze the need to develop economic linkages in tourism development and then the principles and factors affecting sustainable tourism development. Research to help policymakers build, supplement and complete the legal corridor for economic links activities in the field of tourism between localities and regions in order to bring out the best potential of each region regions and promote sustainable development of Vietnam’s tourism industry.

The overall objective of the thesis is to evaluate the factors affecting the debt maturity structure for the case of companies listed on the Vietnamese stock market. In addition, the idea considers the moderating role of institutional quality, financial development, and long-term financing sources of the economy on the influence of debt ratio on the debt maturity structure for the case of listed companies on the Vietnamese stock market. In the context of rapid changes in the labor market and the need for international integration of labor, the paper focuses on analyzing the views of the Party and the State of Vietnam on establishing HSP labor relations. From this analysis, this paper proposes some recommendations for policymakers to build such labor relations in the period of accelerating industrialization, modernization, and international integration.

The research applies rational behavior theory and adds factors which are relevant to the context of higher education in Vietnam to re-test the hypotheses and identify factor affecting the intention of choosing a university for high school students. The results show that four factors that influence most to the purpose of high school students’ choice are in the order of (1) university reputation (2) perceptions of the program, (3) perceptions of costs, (4) subjective norm.

Understanding the relationship between forest cover and economic development is a challenge for researchers and policymakers in Vietnam. Based on the framework of economic theory and practice in Vietnam, the study used a multivariate linear regression model to assess the economic factors affecting forest cover. The study uses the secondary data period 1990-2017 in Vietnam. Research results confirmed: Rural population and GDP per capita (Low / High economic development level) have an impact on forest cover and these relationships following the shape of Kuznets environmental curves.

The first simulation results demonstrate that the elimination of tariffs in the industrial sector will lead to a 9.13 percent increase in household consumption, together with an increase in the factors of production of the agricultural, industrial and service sectors by 9.61, 9.74 and 8.21 percent, respectively.
