The mediating role of cultural distance

This respective study is aimed to investigate the trade relationship of China and Africa with the addition of cultural distance as a mediator of this relationship. China and Africa there is a huge cultural distance and some anti-Chinese factors exist in Africa but wider developments in the market of China become the focus trade by Africa. China mainly deals with African democracy and autocracies, avoiding any exchange between China and an African nation's form of governance.

The aim of this study is to examine how job satisfaction influences the relationship between company performance, knowledge sharing, and organizational culture, perceived through the prism of Hofstede’s cultural dimensions, controlled by company size and staff position. A survey of 910 Polish employees (mainly knowledge workers) with different roles and experiences across different industries was conducted. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling.
