The main aims of the study are twofold. First is to understand how social enterprises create social values, and second is to evaluate how the values further grow and create other positive social impacts. While a large number of studies on social enterprise has been conducted to assess the benefits to the society, how the benefits create a spill over effect is yet to be well researched.

The nanostructuring of hydroxyl-substituted diazacrown-ether (DC) by silver nanoparticles was obtained by green synthesis method in order to increase the antibacterial activity of silver nanoparticles. The synthesized DC, nanoparticles, and nanosupramolecular complex (Ag@DC) were studied by TEM, powder-XRD, and NMR, IR, and UV spectroscopy methods. The Ag@DC nanostructures were uniform and their sizes ranged from 8 to 18 nm. IR and UV spectra revealed the noncovalent formation of the nanosupramolecular complex.

The literature has shown good results with partial repairs of large and massive tears of rotator cuff but the role of factors that affect reparability is less clear. The purpose of this study was twofold, 1) to examine clinical outcomes following complete or partial repair of large or massive full-thickness rotator cuff tear, and 2) to explore the value of clinical and surgical factors in predicting reparability.

The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)/ (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) reports (43%) and annual reports (39%) were the most often utilized IC data sources, followed by corporate websites disclosures (15%). A minority of the studies (4%) used integrated reports, IPO prospectuses, and reports dedicated solely to the IC. This paper has a twofold contribution: first, it provides a valuable insight for regulators, practitioners and stock market analysts into the role of IC disclosure in the reduction of the cost of capital.

The nonulcerative STIs enhance the transmission of HIV by three- to fivefold, possibly because of increased viral shedding by persons with urethritis or cervicitis (Chap. 182).
