Under 5 year old children

The study was done to estimate the incidence of malnutrition in children under 5 years old in Tu Ky district, Hai Duong Province in 2023. Subjects and Method. Subjects included 602 children under 5 years old in the study setting. The method was a cross-sectional study.

To identify the nutritional status of children under five years in Yen Tam and Dinh Hoa communes of Yen Dinh district, Thanh Hoa province in 2022. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted on 733 children aged under 5 years between January and May of 2022 in the communes. An intervention using the model “Meals seen and practised” was organized regularly at San Chay households with children under 5 years old in Thai Nguyen Province. The results showed that families with children under 5 years old contributed their time and efforts actively, as well as sharing resources such as 652.9 kg of foods for preparation of complementary food for children.
